Moscow, Russia -- (SBWire) -- 09/30/2014 --In a judgment officially handed down Wednesday 24th September, following a hearing in the High Court in London on Friday 19th September, Peak Hotels and Resorts Limited, Mr Omar Amanat’s company, once again failed in its attempt to prevent Johan Eliasch, the businessman and Chairman of Head, the global sporting goods group from exercising his duties on the Aman Group Board.

His Honour Judge Pelling QC, presiding over the case in London dismissed MrAmanat’s company’s application and set directions for a full trial in relation to the Aman Group dispute for later next year (2015). Mr Amanat has therefore failed in his attempt to interfere and prevent the Aman Group board from operating effectively.
