The Rapid Hut’s unique fluted plastic design helps block ultraviolet rays and features drop-down windows on each side that allow air to flow through and also double as handy drink holders. Each Rapid Hut kit comes with tent stakes to keep it in place on windy days.

For places where stakes cannot be used, such as asphalt surfaces and artificial turf, the Rapid Hut includes tie-downs that attach to folding chairs.

“The Shadowcaster Rapid Hut is great for just about any type of outdoor activity,” said Hempe. “It weighs less than 20 pounds and folds up into a compact size that makes it very easy to transport or store. Because the set-up is so quick, the Rapid Hut can also be used as a fishing shelter, or a temporary deer or bird watching stand.”

With the unique Rapid Hut design, multiple huts can be set up next to each other, creating a "home base" area to help keep track of children and pets.
