oNe Sports and its Buy oNe Give oNe campaign encourage participation in its campaign to donate soccer balls to deserving youngsters in Guatemala and Haiti. The campaign was organized by teen Olivia Post.

Evanston, IL -- (SBWire) -- 10/20/2014 --oNe Sports, Cents4Soccer and founder, Olivia Post are pleased to announce their plan to help deserving youth through the game of soccer. oNe Sports is the maker of the oNe Soccer Ball and is the for-profit arm of non-profit Cents4Soccer. Buy oNe, Give oNe allows buyers to donate a quality soccer ball to a deserving youth at the same time as a ball is purchased.

oNe Sports is a for-profit benefit corporation started by Olivia Post when she realized the need for affordable, high quality soccer balls. She had traveled to the mountains of Panajachel, near the famous Lake Atitlan, Guatemala on a mission to teach youngsters about soccer and generally to assist in any way needed with the Mayan Families charity. The organization operates several programs to support and empower the Mayan people of Lake Atitlan and the surrounding areas.

Olivia brought more than six hundred pieces of used soccer gear to distribute to the youngsters in the area. The gear was donated by MLS team Chicago Fire, Camp Shutout, and her high school, as well as teammates and friends. While the youngsters were thrilled, but a much stronger need was for good soccer balls.

Olivia was anxious to do something to make a difference. She worked with soccer ball designers in Pakistan to create hand-sewn balls meeting FIFA requirements. Next, she created a Kickstarter campaign to go with the company called oNe. The campaign allowed her to match each purchase of a ball to be matched by a donation of a ball to a deserving youngster.
