Scientific Studies Find Curcumin Can Help Fight Age-Related Diseases

Portland, OR -- (SBWire) -- 10/28/2014 --Aging comes to everyone, but there’s no reason not to fight it every step of the way. Data collected from a wealth of scientific studies have shown curcumin has the potential to fight a variety of age-related ailments and diseases. A curcumin supplement offers the worry-free means to obtain those benefits.

“Age-related diseases encompass Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis and diabetes,” said VitaBreeze spokesperson, Michelle O’Sullivan. “Many conditions related to aging are chronic conditions involving inflammation. Clinical trials and studies around the world have demonstrated curcumin’s properties as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.”

Curcumin is the substance found in the spice turmeric. Data gathered through clinical trials have shown that test subjects that received a 750mg daily dosage of curcumin reported results ranging from less pain and inflammation to increased mobility and even better skin.

The botanical appears to neutralize free radicals that build up in the body, degrading cells to a point where the body’s own defenses are insufficient to repair itself. Curcumin is also believed to be a powerful anti-inflammatory that can quell inflammation in soft tissues throughout the body.
A worldwide symposium held in Palermo, Italy, examined studies regarding curcumin. Professionals in a comprehensive array of medical fields concluded that curcumin’s antioxidant abilities has the potential to significantly slow cell damage due to free radicals that result in tissue damage and the typical signs of aging.

Approximately two-third of the global population that dies each day do so due to conditions commonly associated with aging. Curcumin holds enormous possibilities for those individuals, allowing them to have a better quality of life.

Research has proven that inflammation plays a major role in many diseases, even those caused by viruses, and curcumin has the ability to boost the immune system. A reinforced immune system is better able to battle symptoms of conditions ranging from HIV/AIDS to cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.

Research results published in Clinical Interventions in Aging concluded that curcumin is a strong antioxidant with favorable effects. The study further showed that curcumin has the potential to benefit individuals with conditions typically associated with the aging process, from changes in brain function and digestive issues, to problems with the eyes and ears http://www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Complex-BioPerine-Bio-availability/dp/B00JA4TLTI/
