17 New Healing Cards Bring Deck Up to Date

Isle of Gigha, Scotland -- (SBWire) -- 11/05/2014 --In the fall of 2013, Don Dennis launched a Kickstarter campaign successfully raising enough money via Kickstarter to print his company's deck of 135 Orchid Healing Cards, which were presented to donors in a lovely and sturdy cardboard box. The fundraising campaign worked allowing Dennis a printing of 2,000 decks. Now Dennis has launched a new campaign to update the deck with 17 new healing essence cards and has launched a Kickstarter to make it happen.

"We realized," says Dennis, "that our work in making flower essences with orchids is not yet finished or completed, and in the past year 17 new essences have come along. 11 of these are Single essences and 6 are combinations. So the time has come for us to print an Extension Set of these 17 cards, to bring the Orchid Healing Cards fully up to date with our work."

Dennis' company is the only one in the world actively focused exclusively in the making of essences with orchids. The orchids are grown in a small greenhouse on the small Scottish island of Gigha. Dennis began making orchid essences 16 years ago complimenting his activity with photographing the orchids.

Backers helping fund the Orchid Healing Cards campaign to the next level will be eligible for perks such as greeting cards, the 17 card deck extension, copies of the book 'Orchid Essence Healing', the original orchid healing card deck, a full set of the 144 Living Tree Orchid Essences and a decorative wooden box in which to put everything.

The Orchid Healing Cards team understands not everyone may be able to give money to help with the Orchid Healing Cards Project, so they ask that those who cannot give monetarily help by spreading the word about the Orchid Healing Card Project online through social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr or record a video challenge for Vine, Facebook or Instagram to invite friends to give to or share this Kickstarter fundraiser.
