Los Angeles, CA -- (SBWire) -- 12/01/2014 --Los Angeles, CA – Writer / Director David N. Donihue sculpts his breath taking action packed story around dubstep newcomer BiPolar Junctions's powerful and hypnotic song - Doping.

The video, much like Donihue's previous work (The Principal's Shock To The System, feature film The Weathered Underground) pushes both hilarity and heaviness in the same frame as we are introduced to Jen Bardeen (played by Jessica Lenz), a sex abuse survivor whose past trauma has molded her into an overly empathetic person.

Her kind heart draws nothing but more trauma for her, from an office filled with people conspiring against her to a family who humiliate her on facebook simply for saying she cares about them. Finally, one day, she has had enough. She bashes in her co-workers faces. She has sex with her boss before punching him out.

She beats up the police sent to arrest her and steals the cop car. Jen Bardeen, is now chasing heaven with such ferocity, it seems that she is destined for hell.

Rooted heavily in the real world, Doping explores the pain and humiliation one suffers at the hands of family and friends launching social media attacks, co-workers who shield their jealousy with office politics and what life is like for a positive loving soul whose good nature is mistaken for being a human doormat.

FUN FACTS ABOUT THE MAKING OF DOPING

- The character Jen Bardeen is a reference to John Bardeen, one of the three inventors of the BiPolar Junction transistor in the 1940's. The companant, not mental illness, is where the artist drew it's name.

- The boss, Stephan Shockley (played by True Blood's Aaron Perilo) is a reference to the inventor / alleged plagiarist William Shockley, one of the founders of Silicoln Valley, who was rumored to tank those whose work he intended to take credit for.

- Donihue looked at over 100 office spaces while making the video. Ultimately, he landed on the first one a friend had recommended, as it was located on Silicone Beach in Santa Monica and most closely resembled the vibe of a start up dot com company.

- Actress Lenz arrived at the location to realize that it was an office she used to work at where she was fired by a doushey boss 2 years prior. Donihue believes her excellent performance was aided by the fact that she was rampaging the very place that she had actually once been expelled from.
