ChipperSitter believes all children should receive a present and a hot meal this Christmas. They are donating fifteen percent of their profits and hitting the road with volunteers.

New York, NY -- (SBWire) -- 12/01/2014 --The number of homeless children in NYC is growing rapidly due to the recession in the recent years. Many children are currently living in shelters or on the streets of New York City. ChipperSitter hopes to bring smiles to the faces of children this year and act as a Santa Claus providing gifts and a hot meal to as many homeless children as possible.

ChipperSitter is an on demand childcare service; it's the equivalent of having a daycare available at your disposal 24 hours a day, seven days a week at a moment's notice.

"Having lived in poverty for a good portion of my life, I realize what it means to not have a present or a warm meal on Christmas. I want as my Christmas present to make Christmas memorable for the homeless children of New York City", stated founder Nathan Hallford.

ChipperSitter is currently recruiting volunteers, mostly college students; to board vans and hit the streets of New York City this December giving out presents and giving hot meals/hot drinks to those desperately in need. Among some of the hot food, selections are turkey and honey ham. ChipperSitter hopes to feed and give toys to as many children as possible so parents who have the means are requested to take a date night and help give back to the children.
