Guntur, Andhra Pradesh -- (SBWire) -- 12/31/2014 --Hummingbird recently announced that fans of the Naruto shippuden will be on for a treat next year as IZ Media and Eleven Arts, the studio behind The Last: Naruto The Movie, are going to show the movie in 20 cities in the United States on February 20, 2015.

According to the studio, popular and major Naruto characters are in the film, but of the 20 cities, only eight have been announced so far: Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Boston and New York. The tickets will be available on the Eleven Arts' website beginning the middle of January, and there's a plan to include movie posters with the screening.

As per the studio press release, The Last: Naruto The Movie will be shown in the original form, i.e., in Japanese with subtitles in English. As fans of the series know, the anime is based on Masashi Kishimoto's manga and tells the story of Earth trying to find a way to avoid a disaster as the Moon draws closer and on the verge of explosion.

According to a VIZ Media exec, the film is packed with action and an immersive plot. This time, the exec said, Naruto must rely on "all his skills to defeat the enemies and save the world from total destruction."

To prepare fans for this momentous event, Hummingbird announced an upgrade on their website, with more Naruto episodes and reviews uploaded plus reviews and reactions from followers of the show.
