The theme this week is Limitless Potential. The show kicks off with Champion paratriathlete Patricia Walsh who was left sightless at the age of 14 due to lingering complications from surgery for a pediatric brain tumor, Walsh could easily have resigned herself to a life of dependence on others. Instead, she fought back with a fierce resolve to not only prove that she was the equal of sighted people, but in some respects superior.

Patricia Walsh's story if one of grit, personal accountability, granite willpower, and a determination to buck overwhelming odds. Walsh's achievements at the age of 33 are greater than most people could expect in a lifetime: a successful career as a software engineer, entrepreneur and above all, champion athlete.

She has completed 11 full-length marathons, qualified for the Boston Marathon multiple times, as well as completed 2 full-length Iron Man competitions, crushing the record for low vision/blind males and females. For the past four years Walsh won the Para-athlete National Championship for triathlon.

In facing up to these daunting tasks, Walsh had to overcome physical as well as emotional challenges, especially the naysayers who at every step of the way confronted her with the "reasons" she would not be able to succeed.

Kamin started her career as the first female African-American Helicopter pilot for the U.S. Navy. Kamin moved up quickly working for several corporations, even serving as a Vice President of Global Website Operations at a billion dollar company
