Rostermate, a unique software program designed to allow scheduling collaboration, is currently being developed to help businesses organize staffing responsibilities and other tasks. Now, Rostermate has launched a Kickstarter campaign to enable the completion and distribution of this software program to a wide audience of users.

Scheduling employees can be complicated when all workers are not on the same schedule.  It can be even more complicated when a business's trade may ebb and flow through busy seasons or when staffing is needed during weekends and holiday hours.  Currently, at least half of all employees admit that being on time to all meetings and events is a problem, and at least 10 percent have said that clients have been lost due to poor scheduling.

Rostermate is designed to make scheduling simple and help staff stay organized.  Employers will find this software to be a simple, easy-to-use platform that allows them to communicate effectively with employees.  Funding gained from the Kickstarter campaign will be used for the development, manufacturing and production of the software.  Donors will have a chance to use Rostermate and to contribute to further customization of the program.

A pledge of $10 earns the donor a six-month subscription to Rostermate.  This prize will be delivered by February 2016.  At the $25 donation level, donors will receive a full year's subscription to Rostermate.  For $50, donors earn a two-year free subscription, and at the $100 level donors earn a free lifetime subscription to the software program.
