In order to stay competitive in the local college housing environment, Maverick Management Group in conjunction with Model Home Interiors of Durham, NC, managed a 7 month renovation project on both student housing complexes including upgrades to the exteriors of all apartment buildings, FFE in over 200 apartment units and the complete interior redesign of two leasing offices, two clubhouses and two fitness centers. Upgrades feature new furnishings, study rooms, computer labs, game rooms, high speed internet and HD theatre screens in the clubhouses as well as new state of the art exercise equipment in both fitness centers.
