Marc Hirsch's Debut Crime Novel Submitted for Three Awards

Louisville, KY -- (SBWire) -- 04/21/2015 --Books, Authors and Artists (BAA) has entered the recently published crime mystery novel The Case, written by Marc Hirsch, in three competitions.

The Case was submitted for three awards:

- The 2015 Readers' Favorite Awards, in both the Mystery/Sleuth and the Mystery/Murder categories,
- The National Indie Excellence Awards (NIEA), in the Mystery category, and
- The Dan Poynter's Global eBook Awards, again in the Mystery category.

The Case is a crime novel with strong elements of mystery. Set in the 1950's, the story tells how Alicia White, a law student, is tasked with finding out how and why a doctor ended up murdered.

Marc Hirsch, the author, says, "I'm still relatively unknown, so it's really heartening that my publisher believes in my book enough to put The Case up for not one, but three awards. Between that and the great reviews that are coming in, I've had a really great beginning of 2015!"

The Case recently received excellent reviews from members of Readers' Favorite. Marc Hirsch is now putting the finishing touches to the sequel, Hard Case, as well as working on promoting his debut novel.

The Case is available from Amazon as both a Kindle ebook and a paperback . You can find out more about the author on the BAA website .
