Mobile, AL -- (SBWire) -- 04/22/2015 --The industry of real estate is predicted to remain on a sustainable course of solid growth from 2015 through 2017, according to a new three year forecast from the ULI (Urban Land Institute) Center for Real Estate and Capital Markets. The overall outlook is based on the survey of 43% of the industry's top economists and analysts representing 32% of the country's top leading real estate investment, advisory, and research companies and organizations.

An analysis of the real estate marketing survey findings from the Urban Land Institute leader "William Maher", who is director of NAS (North American Strategy) for LaSalle Investment Management in Baltimore, highlights, places of the industry and overall budget that are making the most buoyant for 2015 through 2017.

The prediction also stated, there is also 2.9 million per year job growth expected, compared to a long term average of 1.2 million. Huge demand for real estate property, particularly apartment and office, will stay strong. Low redundancy rates should lead to strong wage growth, though shortages of skilled workers may surface.
