While being successful in many other career fields, this book is Marica Love's latest venture and one that she holds very close to her heart. She states that besides her family and her beloved pet pooch, this book and its sequels are all she has in life. Married To The War tells the story of a young Marica Love who falls in love with a Croatian man while spending a beautiful vacation in what was then known as Yugoslavia. As she becomes engaged to the love of her life, the first tragic moment that claws its way on Marica's life is her moving back to her home town and the man she'd fallen in love with joining the military.

But alas, war claws its way even deeper into their picturesque life a year after Marica moves back to Croatia to be with the one man she can't forget. And then, Marica tells in her own words how she endured and overcame four years of war.

While being a station manager, a member of the board of directors, an on-air presenter, program manager with WOWfm 100.7 for five years and having served Former Prime Minister Julia Gillard and MP David Bradbury as the owner of The Cake Pop Emporium Pty Ltd in 2013, she was the producer of her television show 'Unsigned & Inspiring' on CH31 in Sydney.
