Kilpatrick Stockton Partner To Lead Local Chamber’s2010-2011 Executive Committee

Raleigh, NC -- (SBWire) -- 10/07/2010 -- Gary K. Joyner, Partner at Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP (http://www.kilpatrickstockton.com), a full service corporate law firm with offices internationally, has been appointed to serve as Chair for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. In this position, Joyner will lead the Raleigh Chamber’s 2010-2011 Executive Committee, which is responsible for setting policies and procedures for the Chamber. The Chair announcement was made at the Raleigh Chamber’s 122nd Annual Meeting held on Sept. 14, 2010 at the Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh. Joyner’s term of office began October 1, 2010.

Joyner previously served as the 2009-2010 Chair Elect of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. At Kilpatrick Stockton LLP in Raleigh, he practices in commercial real estate and commercial lending, advising in areas of mixed use, retail and residential real estate, and infrastructure development. He counsels clients on real estate acquisitions, sales and development joint ventures, as well as advises companies on corporate and economic incentives. Joyner sits on the Kilpatrick Stockton Executive Committee and is a former chair of the firm’s Real Estate team.
