The first book is titled "Guard Your Money: Become Financially Literate, Save Money, Protect Your Investments and Even Make More Money" and deals with ways for people to become more financially literate, as well as making ways to save money and protect major investments, such as their homes.

The second, titled "Hernando County & The Greater Tampa Bay Area: A Travel and Historical Guide" provides a glimpse into the history of the Tampa Bay area of Florida as well as highlighting some great travel destinations from there to Hernando County, which is home to Weeki Wachee Springs and their famous Mermaid shows.
