Costa Mesa, CA -- (SBWire) -- 06/02/2015 --Innovative Results Gym (IR) continues to fulfill its mission of improving the quality of life of their clients and community by offering yoga as a compliment to their comprehensive approach to fitness. As of May, Newport Beach resident, Aubrie Pohl, leads these renewing and restorative sessions.

As a yoga practitioner for over 7 years, Pohl has always been an athlete. She found what she calls "an organic attraction to yoga" as it helped her with recovering from playing soccer. When she was diagnosed with throat cancer at 18, she found that the surgery cut her breath short. This event solidified her commitment to yoga training, not just for its physical benefits, but also for allowing her to remain positive amidst difficult times.

Cultivating a positive outlook typifies Innovative Results (IR). Designed as a fitness training playground for everyone, the 6,500 square-foot facility is a space full of possibility. Pohl is excited to provide her expertise in such a rich environment: "The second I walked in this door, I was sold, I loved it. I realized how much I could add-on to this place with yoga, because we work stability, mobility, balance, strength at IR and I do the same with yoga." She also mentions how Co-Owners and Head Coaches Aaron Guyett and Corey Beasley are very motivational, showing clients: "how to find your power within to get through (fitness training session)," and how to bring that power into people's everyday lives.
