Galindo overseas the advisor teams in Minnesota and Chicago. Galindo is regularly involved with employee safety training in English and Spanish, facility walkthrough inspections, leading Emergency Response Team (ERT) meetings, and managing compliance programs at the client facilities he manages. He is also DOT/RCRA seminar capable and provides training and certification at private sessions along with public seminar courses. Galindo is also an OSHA 10 and 30 hour authorized instructor for general industry, a voluntary OSHA program that provides training for workers and employees on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in general industry.

Galindo is responsible for leading the Spanish-speaking team in the development of the new Spanish language materials for U.S. Compliance Comp. Galindo has successfully completed international compliance work in Mexico ensuring clients are in compliance with Mexico's STPS regulations.

Prior to joining U.S. Compliance Corp, Galindo was employed by the Loyola Medical Laboratories as a Microbiologist II. While working for Loyola, Galindo identified microorganisms using various biochemical procedures, her performed antimicrobial studies using automated and manual methods, formulated and managed an extensive database, and worked with the hospital to create a biohazard safety security system. Galindo also held a Research Assistant position at the University of Illinois, School of Public Health. With this position, Galindo formulated a patient education manual for Type II Diabetes in the Hispanic and African American community. He also assisted with the preparation of a Center for Disease Control Research Grant.
