T/CCI is experiencing increased company growth driving job expansion opportunities. The position is located at the U.S. headquarters in Decatur, IL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for group leadership, planning, and managing department resources with a focus on continuous improving the effectiveness of product quality. The candidate should be a hands-on, conscientious, and take a strong "business partner" approach and attitude, provide creative and innovative solutions that meet our quality standards.

The candidate should be responsive and interact with the customer base that includes several OE customers that require a substantial amount of time. Extensive background in preparing PPAP's, corrective actions using 5 Why and 8D methodology, involvement in continuous improvement and 5S activities, and be reactive to customer needs. Responsibilities include managing a Quality Supervisor, CMM operators, Auditors, the Warranty Department, and a 5S coordinator.

Required qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Quality, or related technical field or equivalent combination of education. The candidate should have 5-7 years' experience in Quality experience, preferably with Automotive Components from a large Tier 1 Automotive Supplier.
