Those knowledgeable of the Rickenbacker International Airport-anchored distribution submarket read "Pickaway County" as code for the intermodal yard at the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park. Robin Holderman, the chief asset and development officer for the port authority, confirmed it is at least in the running for the project. BASF wants at least 400,000 square feet. The chemical company expects to employ 48 workers in its planned Midwest facility, whether here or an undisclosed competing site in Indiana.
