Roland Dickey Jr. Congratulates Dickey's Barbecue Franchisees with Second Location Opening

Three franchise owners will open second locations over the next few weeks with a barbeque bonanza supported by Dickey’s CEO Roland Dickey Jr., with impressive special offers and free gift cards.

Dallas, TX -- (SBWire) -- 06/24/2015 --Dickey's barbecue Franchise is a fast casual chain of restaurants going from strength to strength. Such is their success that existing franchisees are now outgrowing their initial investments and looking to expand. Richard Aronson of Bakersfield is one such, Navy Veteran and professor Dr. T.L. Driver of Poulsbo WA is another on the list. All in all, there are two franchisees opening new locations across Washington and California, each with a three-day barbeque extravaganza to celebrate.

The parties start on Thursday when the first 50 guests will receive gift cards worth up between $5 and $50. On Friday, guests will be able to stock up on their Dickey's Barbecue merchandise and gear in a series of giveaways. Finally, on Saturday, guests can talk about the party with local radio stations and get a pulled pork barbeque sandwich for just $2. The event will conclude with a special $500 gift card giveaway, and three guests will receive free barbecue for a year.

The three-day celebrations are standardized across all locations and were the brainchild of CEO Roland Dickey Jr. , whose sense of hospitality is rooted deeply in the family owned business. He believes strongly in introducing the brand to new locations with a bang.

Roland congratulated the franchisees on their successes, "We are thrilled to see Richard Aronson open a second location in Bakersfield. It's exciting to see Richard's growth in the community and with our brand. Doc Parker has had equal success in Kitsap County; veterans are an essential part of our brand and it's always exciting to see them succeed. These events will be huge in these areas, and also represent a bigger victory for our business nationwide."
