LRA is a medical distribution company which is part owner and sole distributor for a revolutionary new technology in the bandage and wound dressing field. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but LRA Trading, LLC. has retained The Falcon Group, Inc. to facilitate the financing for their third tranche moving forward.

Falcon Group Inc. has been hired to facilitate a large acquisition for a large pump company. This company has developed a new technology for pumps allowing for new fluid machinery to reduce the cost of reverse osmosis desalination.

Falcon Group has been working on a very large medical role up. This will consist of four to five large medical facilities to be purchased by a Midwest based company. In the process of the sale, the Chicago based company is also looking for Falcon Groups aid in making an ample amount of acquisitions.
