6Q, designed to boost company culture, improve communication and increase productivity, has developed High Fives in response to growing evidence that peer-to-peer recognition can have a more positive impact on teamwork, customer satisfaction and financial results over manager-only recognition.

According to The Power of Employee Recognition report by Aberdeen Group, 60% of Best-in-Class organisations stated that employee recognition is extremely valuable in driving individual performance.

6Q is planning to develop a 'High Five leaderboard' to capture how many have been rewarded among their team, allowing management to monitor which employees are being the most helpful.
