Phuket, Thailand -- (SBWire) -- 08/18/2015 --PSK Development announced the schedule of the company's upcoming property auction to be held on November 21, 2015 from 9:00 AM up to 3:00 PM in Patong Beach, Phuket, officials in the realty development announced in a press conference today. PSK Development, a realty company has been doing successful auctions in Phuket, Surat Thani and Krabi, said that more than nine properties will be auctioned off this coming November 21, 2015 and will include condominium units located in Patong Harbor and investment lands located in Surat Thani and Chiang Mai, Thailand.  Prospective bidders are enjoined by the company to sign up for free newsletters to receive updates on the upcoming auction and other future property auctions by the company.

PSK Development detailed some of the rules during the auction.   Only bidders are allowed to enter the auction area once they have registered and paid auction reserve (500,000 thb per title deed).  Due to limited seating, spouses, family, friends will not be allowed to enter the auction room unless they are also registered with the auction as a bidder.  No last minute registration will be allowed. Proxy bidding will be allowed, however on the day of auction.
