Short Term Leasing has experienced month-on-month growth throughout the last financial year and April this year was the company's most successful to date. Increasing its supplier portfolio to include Manchester's Genus and having recently launched it's car and van sales division all mean that Short Term Leasing and the wider Cocoon Vehicles Group have superseded Pride Park in terms of size.

Short Term Leasing moves to bigger, dedicated premises just off nearby Ascot drive. Cocoon House, Haydock Park Road, Derby is a unit that enables the company to maintain it's operations within the vicinity of Derby's commerce centre, but with the ability to house and display its many long term and short term leasing vehicles, as well as the company's array of quality ex-fleet and ex-rental cars from it's short term fleet.
