Over 50% of Those Involved in Recruitment Satisfied with Pay – The Way Forward? GSR2R Comments

London, UK -- (SBWire) -- 08/25/2015 --According to recent research released by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation in partnership with Indeed, has highlighted that just over 50% of recruitment managers and consultants are satisfied with their reward and pay. Furthermore, the statistics highlighted that 24% are dissatisfied whilst another 24% responded that they were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. Therefore, only a very slight majority of those at the top level of recruitment are satisfied with the economic provisions of their position, which is potentially concerning.

Recruitment can be a highly competitive field, with candidates for the top positions often holding specific valuable skill-sets and an array of experience. In turn, it is essential that the individuals in these positions are content, as they are essentially responsible for determining the uptake of other employees to particular positions. For example, recruitment consultants play an integral role ensuring that business roles are appropriately fulfilled with the best candidates. This is a rewarding but also highly skilled experience, so that those involved feel fulfilled in their position is an essential factor.
