Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON -- (SBWire) -- 08/26/2015 --From a very early age, Paige Walters enjoyed drawing and writing stories.  When she became older, she turned to education to help her develop her talents.  According to Paige, her talent lay dormant for many years, but she wanted to attend school to better herself and become a professional artist.  "My talent I mostly kept to myself for many years until reaching high school and I started thinking more about my career and future. While other career paths were open to me, none interested me more than illustration did. If a career is something you are meant to do for the rest of your life, you should do what you love," she says.  Now, Paige has launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $20,000 to pay for her tuition and other expenses related to school.

Paige's dream began to coalesce when she was a booth set up for the Max the Mutt College of Animation, Art & Design in Toronto.  She learned about the college's illustration program and later saw the campus in person, motivating her to try to attend.  She was accepted immediately but knew that tuition would be an issue.  She was not able to save enough to go to school that year due to family issues, including the loss of their home.  She was able to save enough to attend the following year, but needs help now to pay for her second year of school.
