WBI has had an exciting year, having just celebrated the anniversary of their historic launch of 10 active ETFs. They are now pleased to announce three internal promotions to high-level roles that will assist in pushing WBI to continued success in selling the firm's broad product offering of separately managed accounts, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds.

The first highlight announcement is the promotion of Daniel Colluccio to National Sales Manager. Colluccio joined WBI in August of 2014 as the Director of Institutional Sales, where he expanded and maintained broker-dealer relationships with WBI's institutional clients, while overseeing sales and relationship management. His leadership, tenacity, and positive energy made Colluccio the perfect fit for the National Sales Manager opportunity. Colluccio brings over 10 years of industry experience, where he partnered with institutions and advisors on building efficient client portfolios with companies including BlackRock/iShares, TD Ameritrade, and Merrill Lynch. As National Sales Manager for WBI, Colluccio is expected to keep the positive momentum strong while pushing sales and maintaining existing relationships with advisors and institutions. Mr. Colluccio received both his undergraduate degree and an MBA in Finance at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Matthew Woehnker is WBI's next highlight. He has accepted the position of Vice President of Business Development, a promotion from his current title of Director of Business Development. Woehnker joined the firm in 2012 as Regional Director, and quickly proved himself to be one of the top performers as he increased assets in his territory tenfold during a ten-month timeframe. In his role as Director of Business Development, Woehnker was responsible for sales and distribution in institutional channels, as well as expanding and maintaining broker-dealer relationships. Recently, he opened several new channels which resulted in expanded opportunity for the potential of over $4 trillion in assets. His previous work experience includes time at Lord Abbett and BlackRock/iShares. As Regional Consultant at Lord Abbett, he partnered with advisors and high net worth individuals by providing solutions to navigate current market conditions. He created and developed business plans for territories across the U.S. working with wirehouse, independent, and RIA channels. At BlackRock/iShares, Woehnker worked as Business Development Associate where he established and expanded ETF sales and implementation within independent broker-dealer channels. He advised and educated the sales team and advisors on ETF strategies and solutions. In his expanded new role, Woehnker will continue to develop opportunities across wirehouses/banks, independent broker-dealers, RIAs, and institutions. Mr. Woehnker is a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a degree in Finance.

The third highlight is Craig Higgins, who fulfills the role of Director of Internal Sales at WBI. Bringing over 10 years of experience in the securities and investment management industry, Higgins is responsible for overseeing the internal sales desk and helping to increase sales across all product lines and all channels. He began his career with WBI as Internal Sales Associate. In his three years in this role, he proved his diligence and sales ability, achieving an increase in territory assets of nearly three-quarters of a billion dollars. Before joining WBI in 2011, Higgins was Regional Vice President at ING Financial Services. During his tenure at ING, he grew sales by over 100% his first year in the territory by working with advisors across all channels. As Director of Internal Sales, WBI looks forward to Higgins' continued infectious enthusiasm and commitment to excellence in helping to achieve brilliant execution. Mr. Higgins attended Marist College with an undergraduate degree in Information Systems.
