Chrome Wheels Exchange Program

CCI offers a chrome wheels exchange program for customers. In order to participate, customers must first call the office and make an initial deposit. The products are shipped immediately once deposits are confirmed. Once CCI receives the order, we will refund the initial deposit. Customers can also call the office to discuss the option of receiving the order without a deposit. However, CCI does require the request of the exchange service when filling out the order form. Once the application is processed, staff will mail the chrome wheels the next business day.

Chrome Wheel Exchange Terms of Agreement

Customers who are interested in the chrome plating wheel exchange program are required to pay a $50 fee. Bearings can be removed on every wheel. Please keep in mind that CCI will only work with wheels that have no damage. Additionally, we require that exchanges be processed within 20 business days.
