Miami, FL -- (SBWire) -- 10/07/2015 --Parr & Co. Watches has created a watch that rivals the very best luxury timepieces in overall quality and durability.  Now, the company has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for production of these timepieces.

These watches are constructed with the very best materials.  The cases are fabricated from durable, ultra-thin, gold- or silver-plated 316L surgical grade stainless steel. The case measures 40 mm by 7 mm, making it thin enough for comfort and beauty but still sturdy enough for hard wear and tear.  The watch face is protected by a sapphire crystal made of material nearly twice as hard as standard mineral glass.

The true quality of these watches, however, lies in the quartz movement, a gold-plated Swiss Ronda 1069 movement with six jewels.  This particular movement has been shown to last for many years and to provide reliable timekeeping throughout its life and is water resistant up to 5 ATM.  The watch also features a remote sweep second hand placed 6.3 mm from the center.  The clean white face is paired with Roman numerals and French Losangé style watch hands. The watch comes in both gold and silver with bands of black, brown, red, blue and gray in leather, silicone or herringbone with a butterfly clasp. A 20 mm lug makes setting the watch easy.
