Young Israel of Aberdeen Celebrates its Vibrant Hebrew Sunday School By Opening its Doors to New Students and their Parents to Discover How Much Kids Can Learn.

Aberdeen, NJ -- (SBWire) -- 10/16/2015 --Serving the Jewish community in Aberdeen, Matawan, Holmdel, Hazlet and Old Bridge for decades, Young Israel of Aberdeen is constantly seeking ways to give more. The most recent example of this is The Bayshore Hebrew School operating weekly in this Aberdeen synagogue. From its humble origins in 2011 with a single teacher and just four students, this youth learning program has more than doubled in size and expanded its offerings to engage Jewish kids with enjoyable and engaging learning experiences.

From learning the Hebrew alphabet (Aleph Bet) to reading to crafts and songs and other exercises meant to provide literacy in the Hebrew language as well as a deep understanding of Jewish history and the Jewish holidays celebrated, Bayshore Hebrew School has a lot to be proud of.

Seeking to expand awareness of this little-known resource available to Jews in Central New Jersey, Young Israel of Aberdeen is hosting an open house on Sunday October 25, 2015 from 10 AM to 12:15. All are welcomed to experience a Sunday school class in action and see for themselves how rewarding this undiscovered treasure of a learning resource can be to every Jewish family.
