Lamar Hunt Jr.'s ECHL Team Raise Funds for Movember

Lamar Hunt Jr.'s Missouri Mavericks will participate in a fundraiser with Centerpoint Medical Center and Evolve Salon to raise money for the Movember Foundation.

Kansas City, MO -- (SBWire) -- 11/10/2015 --The Missouri Mavericks, owned by Lamar Hunt Jr., are partnering with Centerpoint Medical Center and Evolve Salon to raise awareness and money for Movember. The MoMavember team players will help the Mavericks raise funds for the Movember Foundation. Funds raised by individual players will be collected and pooled throughout November.

The nine mustache growing mo-bros of the MoMavember team include: Trevor Ludwig, Andrew Courtney, Kyle Burroughs, CJ Ludwig, Rocco Carzo, Scott Allen, David De Kastrozza, Chris Owens, and Patrick Cullity. They aim to raise at least $150 per player, so far the team has raised $280.

The Mavericks players participating in the MoMavember team are all beginning without facial hair for the contest, with the exception of Andrew Courtney. For updates on the progress from MoMavember players visit the MoMavember page at http://moteam.co/momavember .
