Stretch and Sparkle Yoga offers kids and family yoga classes to help children develop holistically and bond with their parents.

"As a mom of 3 kids, I understand how challenging it can be to motivate kids to do move, read, and do arts and crafts instead of watching videos or playing games with the smartphones and tablets. My kids have their own share of screen-time but I try my best to minimize it and distract them with something else. My son's energy level is quite high, and at his age, he is still learning to regulate his emotions. I looked into kids yoga as a way of helping him become self-aware. Nathalie got herself trained under the internationally recognized Rainbow Kids Yoga program. She currently offers classes every Saturday mornings at Bright and Cheerful Preschool in Mandaluyong and afternoons at the Hello Munchkins Play Café in Quezon City.

Most parents were surprised that the kids yoga classes are noisy and full of props in contrast to the adult classes. But Nathalie explains that teaching yoga to kids is different from grown-ups. "Teaching poses to kids are usually in a form of a story or song. And we encourage the students to exercise their creativity and suggest activities that interest them. I personally love arts and crafts so I also try to include them in my classes. My personal goal is to be able to show that yoga is for everyone and hopefully share the joy of kids yoga not just in Metro Manila but to the rest of the Philippines. "

Aside from the regular Saturday classes, Stretch and Sparkle yoga plans to offer special yoga camps during the Christmas and Summer break. It is also currently available for yoga kids party bookings for birthday parties and playdates,
