PCCU Nurses Positions Are Now Open at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital

Oklahoma City, OK -- (SBWire) -- 12/11/2015 --There are currently a number of open nursing positions available at Oklahoma Heart Hospital for professional caregivers. Those who are hired for this position will have a number of responsibilities, including being completely accountable for a group of patients at a certain time frame. These nurses are in charge of providing care for their patients with therapeutic use of self, nursing interventions, modalities, treatments, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the therapeutic environment as a whole.

All PCCU nurses that are hired in must demonstrate knowledge and professional accountability as well as adherence to the DNV Healthcare, federal, and state regulations. These nurses must also actively participate in and encourage teamwork when providing patients with care in accordance with the mission and values of Oklahoma heart Hospital.

This particular position is for the 7:00am-7:00pm shift. All applicants must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing program. A registered nurse with current Oklahoma licensure is required, as well as a current BLS certification at time of hire and ACLS certification within 18 months of hire.

Experience of at least one year of continuous work in telemetry or related cardiac clinic setting is strongly preferred for those who apply for this condition. Nurses who work as professional caregivers at Oklahoma Heart Hospital will enjoy full benefits their first day of employment.
