Mindy Sauter is a highly decorated trial attorney. Before joining the Oberheiden Law Group, Ms. Sauter served as an Assistant United States Attorney specializing in complex white-collar crime prosecutions and before that she was an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County. Ms. Sauter has extensive trial experience with hundreds of jury and bench trials during her career.
