Bilal was born and raised in the upstate NY area. After completing high school, he attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a bachelor in Psychology, and then a Masters in Health Administration. It wasn't long before he decided that helping seniors and their families was his calling in life. Home care services are especially dear to him.
