Once the nominations are submitted, 30 to 40 candidates are chosen to receive the award, including a certificate of recognition and a bonus. From there, the highest performing All Star conscripts are selected to join the ImageFIRST Council of Excellence, and are rewarded for their superior work with a trip to an exotic location – this year's trip was Mexico.

All Associate Day also commemorated the company's community-minded and generous associates, who on a national level were involved in over 35 service events, and gave over $500,000 in monetary and in-kind Ronald McDonald House donations in 2015.
