After the submissions are made, 30 to 40 nominees are selected and rewarded with a certificate and bonus. Furthermore, of those All Stars, a select few go on to join the ImageFIRST Council of Excellence, and are remunerated with a trip to a special destination, in this year's case: Punta Cana.
