Their experience also encompasses trench-less drain repair, water heater repair and replacement, water conditioning, tank-less water heaters, and a myriad of other plumbing problems, repair, and installation.

Roger's Plumbing also fixes issues that occur frequently in all households, with one of the most common problems being blockage. Blockages most often occur in traps. Snakes can unclog many types of traps, but sinks usually need to be dismantled for the blockage to be removed. Another common problems that Roger's Plumbing addresses is low water pressure. Low water pressure usually is first noticed at the sink faucet, and can affect both hot and cold water. If both the hot and cold water have low pressure, the most likely cause is the aerator. Calcium deposits slowly build up in the faucet aerator and reduce the water pressure. Roger's Plumbing's technical team has experience in blocked aerators, as well.

Roger's Plumbing also deals with mistakes made by other plumbers. An issue that is frequently dealt with are different types of pipes soldered together. There are many different types of pipe, from PVC and copper to metal and they shouldn't all be fit together. Using a plastic female threaded connector with a metal male connector will cause the joint to almost always leak or break. The standard IPS type threads used on pipe and fittings are not uniform in diameter. If one looks closely at a male pipe thread they will notice that the diameter at the first thread on the end of the fitting has a smaller diameter than the last thread. Likewise with a female thread the first thread at the end has a larger diameter than the last thread. When the threads are being screwed together it actually does get tighter. It starts to compress the male fitting while stretching the female fitting, resulting in a very tight joint that doesn't leak. This is why it gets so much harder to turn the pipe as the plumber continues to tighten the joint. However, this creates a problem if they are joining two different materials together. If one is softer than the other, then the softer one will do all of the compressing or stretching. Compressing is generally not a big problem, but stretching too much can be bad news for the strength of the material. This can cause long term damage, leaks, and structural instability. Roger's Plumbing specializes in searching and fixing these types of problems.
