Las Vegas, NV -- (SBWire) -- 06/08/2016 --Ruby Rae is all set to have her fifth record released on July 8, 2016. This will be a full length independent album which has been titled, "The Uncanny." Along with the album release, a record release party will be held the same night at Rockwood Music Hall Stage 2 at 8pm.

Voodoo Queen Music will be releasing the new album and they have some high hopes with it. The vinyl release date of the album has not yet been determined yet but it will be sometime this summer.

Further, as per reports by Voodoo Queen Music, the records would be released in various formats which include the 12" black vinyl LP records, traditional CD formats, digital downloads on top portals like iTunes,Amazon and even 7" lipstick red vinyl singles as well.

Along with this, Ruby Rae will also be touring this fall too and will have a radio tour to support the album. These details will be announced later in June.

The Uncanny was mainly written by Ruby Rae during her time as an artist in residence at the Akumal International Art Residency in Mexico (2015). The songs create a journey inspired by personal transformation, Mayan legends, tropical + desert landscapes, hiraeth and nostalgia, and film noir.

With the new album ready to hit the market, Ruby Rae is really ecstatic. She has managed to carve a name for herself, and can't wait to share this new music with her fans and new audiences.
