The Production Supervisor plays an important role in the satisfaction and safety of patients who depend on ImageFIRST's customers for quality healthcare. In this role, the primary responsibility is to manage a team of Production Associates and ensure that ImageFIRST's production process upholds its stringent standards of infection prevention and safety. ImageFIRST's production process consists of properly handling soiled medical linen, washing and drying in compliance with ImageFIRST's standards of sanitization, hand-inspecting each product and folding and packing each piece for delivery.

As manager of the Production team, the Production Supervisor will ensure that all associates comply with OSHA regulations for the handling of medical linen and laundry, standards that ImageFIRST prides itself on meeting and exceeding. The Production Supervisor will also manage ImageFIRST's Quality Assurance program, which promises that linen, patient apparel, scrubs and other items will be free from stains, holes and other imperfections. Among the Production Supervisor's other duties are the management of the production schedule, minimization of inventory loss and maintenance of high associate approval ratings.
