London, England -- (SBWire) -- 08/26/2016 --House sellers are still left with little confidence following Brexit, with roughly one in three homes that are listed for sale, slashing their prices in order to receive quicker sales. According to property website Zoopla as we came into August 32.6% of houses on the market had reduced their price. When comparing house price reductions across the country it is apparent that the North of England seems to have made the most reductions, however reductions have been present almost everywhere within the UK.

The average amount that houses have been reduced across the country by is £25,257; however in areas where it is more expensive to purchase property such as Kensington and Chelsea, reductions up to £157,000 have be seen!
