St. Louis, MO -- (SBWire) -- 11/25/2016 --Loan origination software company, Financial Network Inc. recently announced that Melisa Bartlett has joined the company as the new Director of HR. In this role, Bartlett will manage the overall provision of the Human Resources department including policies, services, and programs that will facilitate good employee relations and company-wide performance improvement.

Before joining the FNI team, Melisa Bartlett worked for seven years as the CFO at the United Services for the Handicapped. In this role, she helped secure and maintain several grants that supported program growth and improvement. She also analyzed contract bids, financial reports, and program trends, while creating and overseeing a yearly budget for all departments.

Bartlett then moved to ORIGO Education, Inc. where she worked as the General Manager of the US division. She helped guide their explosive growth of 450% in revenue and 300% in staffing over a five-year period. Her responsibilities included managing the marketing, operations, financial and human resources departments, as well as creating work flow processes for improved efficiency in meeting both internal and external customer needs.

Key goals of Bartlett's new role as HR director are performance management, development of a superior workforce by improving internal practices, creation of an employee-oriented company culture and more.
