Earlier this year, Bill Hughes, ImageFIRST's Corporate Director of Engineering, put together a team for an extraordinary two-day fundraising cycling event, which is held annually to help those affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS), a disease that affects over two million people worldwide. Those who participate in the bike ride raise money towards researching a cure for the disease.

Hughes donated his personal air miles and hotel accommodations to bring other ImageFIRST associates—John Eltiste from San Antonio, David Wyrick from Miami and David Cerda from Chicago—to North Florida to participate in the event. The ImageFIRST team had shirts made, and included the name of an associate's aunt on the shirt who has been living with MS for the past 18 years.

ImageFIRST also hosted a fundraising page, and as of November 3rd, 2016, have raised nearly $8,000. The commitment that Hughes and the other ImageFIRST associates made to this cycling fundraiser was truly remarkable, and they are proud to have donated both their time and money to help improve the lives of those affected by MS.
