Annette Goggin highlights the best of stories from her thirty years of teaching high-school English, and introduces the reader to teenagers, many of whom are "good people who are a pleasure to know."

Church stories take readers to camp meetings, nursery hijinks, Sunday school episodes, and happenings in the parsonage and sanctuary from Goggin's perspective as a preacher's daughter.
