These new adapters are designed to match the depth gauge type to the socket adapter type in a comprehensive manner virtually free of complications. For example, new socket adapters are paired with the new depth gauge stamped "PP", type Q goes with the depth gauge stamped "Q", and type D would be paired with the depth gauge marked "D".
