International Conference and Cadaveric Workshop Conducted by IPSC India Is a Huge Success

New Delhi, India -- (SBWire) -- 06/18/2017 --The first week of April witnessed a unique and one of its kind International conference and workshops on advanced spine intervention techniques, organized by IPSC, under the noted physician Dr. (Maj) Pankaj N Surange. With the growing demand for minimally invasive procedures, this workshop continued over a period of 4 days (6th-9th of April), and proved to be an immense success.

With a huge boom in participation, this medical workshop stood out in regards to issues associated with spine surgeries and discussion on advanced techniques on spinal problems.

Held at the Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, this medical conference brought around 140 medical professionals, from over 22 countries under a single roof. Following the conference was a workshop at SGT University, Gurgaon. With the primary point of this dynamic workshop being a discussion on advanced procedures of endoscopy and fluoroscopy, detailed explanation via 3D anatomy and case presentations, medical delegates were in for a plethora of activities to enhance minimally invasive spinal surgery procedures.

According to a faculty member, Dr. Sushma Bhatnagar, HOD AIIMS, New Delhi this medical conference-cum-workshop was one of its kind. Stating its necessity in present medical scenario, she stated, "It has been an intensive workshop with a host of information being shared and discussed upon regarding spinal problems. The concepts of spine fixation for fractures without surgery, innovative techniques of implantation and modes of recovery from sciatica pain have been discussed upon with special emphasis on minimal invasive spine surgery techniques."

The primary tenets associated with this conference-cum-workshop was the presence of 4 specific stations dealing with Endoscopic Discectomy, Regenerative Medicine techniques, Vertebroplasty and Spinal Cord Stimulation. There was ample opportunity for visiting doctors to practice these techniques, demonstrate usages of equipment, and present their research papers on techniques of spine Interventions.

This international conference titled, Advanced Interventional Management of Pain followed by Cadaveric Workshop AIM-P 2017, was a scientific program aiming to provide formal didactics as well as on-field training for spine related issues. The additional pointers that were a part of this conference were selecting the correct patients, conducting tests and preparing customized reports, and managing those patients. Clearly, it provided medically productive ground for treating management of pain at an advanced stage.

According to an Korean participating physician, the best part of this conference was a video demonstration of live cases. He stated, "The manner in which extensive coverage was provided regarding spinal interventional procedures and correlation techniques of radiological, pathophysiological and clinical aspects was worth noting."

Also, this conference had special sessions of expert quiz programs, medical discussions and continuous interactions between experts from various domains. Hence, we can infer that this conference-cum-Cadaveric workshop brought forth new dimensions in regards to interventional spinal procedures.
