Ouray, CO -- (SBWire) -- 11/30/2017 --If you are interested in Alpenglow there are a couple of things to know in regards to its rental policies. Let's start with the check-in time which begins after 3:00 pm. Guests will need to pick up the keys to their townhome or condo at The Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs lobby. When it's time to check out, the cutoff time is 11:00 am. Checking out later than 11:00 am will come at a cost of $25 for each hour.

When it's time to make a reservation, guests are expected to make a deposit of at least fifty percent and they have the option to use a debit or credit card to make the payment. The other half of the balance must be paid when it is time to check in. Please be aware that the charges are not allowed to be split between multiple cards.

Guests traveling with pets should be aware that they are not permitted on the premises unless it is a service animal. If a pet is brought or seen on the premises, a charge of $500 per day will be added to the vacation rental.
