Gloucestershire, England -- (SBWire) -- 01/18/2018 --Football teams from all over the world are now signing up to compete in next year's Dana Cup – Denmark's biggest sporting event. It is anticipated that spaces for this tournament are going to be filled at a quick pace; therefore those interested are being urged to claim their spaces ASAP.

Founded in 1982 the Dana Cup Football Tournament has grown each year and is now the 3rd largest international youth football tournament in the world. Last year the tournament saw a mammoth 1,100 teams from 45 countries taking part.

The Dana Cup Football Tournament takes places during the summer holidays and presents football teams with the perfect pre-season tour – allowing for teams to bond and practice before their real matches come around. Running from 23rd to 28th July 2018, the age groups eligible to compete are as follows: Boy – U18s to U10s and Girls – U18s to U11s.
