Mr. Glaser spent ten years of his life working at The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Post training, he initially concentrated on Chase's domestic middle market corporate lending group. He was also responsible for Chase's political and economic risk analysis for those countries. Glaser then ran Chase's business with financial institutions - Central Banks, Ministries of Finance, investment firms, insurance companies and commercial banks - in 8 countries.

Mr. Glaser then was part of the original senior management team of Investcorp, an investment firm that focused on direct investments in companies in real estate in the United States and Europe.
